This coffee has a light profile with mild acidity and nut/ spice notes. The Trees are grown at 1800' elevation, picked ripe, wet processed and then sun dried. Our roasting style is light, as to allow for the flavors to remain present and of the most enjoyment. Please allow 2-3 days for roasting.
